Seafood extravaganza - The start of non ending seafood and salads of all types.

Whole steamed Atlantic Salmon, smoked trout, mussels and crabmeat. Mussels in a Pernod reduction

Fried and pickled Sea Bass

Greek, Caesar, Field mix, Mediterranean and Thai salads with all the condiments.

Danish Canadian experience for hot food.

Angus Alberta rib-eye roasted to medium rare, seasoned with Montreal style spices and carved at the table accompanied by rosemary roasted potatoes, fresh vegetables and demi glace.

Warm baked dinner rolls, butter and condiments such as horseradish.

Roasted Pork Crackling served with Red Cabbage, potatoes and gravy.

Cold marble stone - Pineapple, honeydew, blood oranges, grapes and many more fruit platters.

Cold plates of all types of smoked, cured and marinated meats such as salami, honey ham, genoa, pate and pastrami.

Selections of domestic and imported cheese, such as Havarti, Camembert, Gorgonzola and Asiago.

Dessert Buffet: We are not ending the night yet, but filling the tables with the following desserts.

Chocolate fountain that holds strawberries, water melons, mini cakes, cream puffs, bananas and other creamy cakes.

Midnight Buffet - and Champagne to welcome you and your loved ones to the New Year.

More foods such as cheeses, cold meats, terrines and pate accompanied by pickles and rolls.

Dinner will be followed by entertainment by Jana and Danny.
