Free ballroom or facility rental with your food order

Do you have a special event or just want to hold a meeting for your group of 8 to 365 people?

If you order breakfast, lunch or dinner for your group, the Danish Canadian Club will provide a meeting room or our ballroom free of charge.

We provide a completely personalized banquet service for your group. The menu can be tailored to your specific needs.

 

A tentative reservation can be accepted for a period of two weeks. After that, a reservation deposit is required for all events to confirm your booking. The balance is due upon completion of the event.

Since market conditions and prices fluctuate, all prices quoted are subject to change. However, final quotes can be obtained up to 60 days prior to your function. We also ask that you make the final arrangements by the “due date” we mutually agree to. This will help us (and you) ensure a function that will be the success you want it to be.

 

Please let us know the exact number of guests at least 48 hours before your function. Because of the advance planning and preparation time, this is the guarantee for which you will be charged, even if fewer guests attend.
