WHY BECOME A MEMBER OF THE DANISH CANADIAN CLUB

There are many benefits to becoming a member of the Danish Canadian Club in Calgary.

First and foremost, it is an important part in supporting the Danish community in Calgary, and a great place to learn about this very special historical heritage that so many of us share.

After joining the Club, you'll receive a special Danish/Canadian pin that many of our members wear proudly. We have found that this has inspired many new connections between people, both in a personal setting as well as in business in and around Calgary..

Members also receive discounts on tickets to several of our events hosted by the Club. You can learn about these events in our Newsletter, which we offer to send a printed copy of to your home address. If you would rather receive an electronic copy, this can be set up via our website.

Joining the Club also allows you to become a shareholder and run for the Board. New Board members are nominated at the AGM in September and we are always looking for new people with exciting ideas and fresh initiatives. This will allow you to help shape the future of this historical Club, thereby allowing it to benefit generations to come.

If you are not interested in joining the Board, but would still like to contribute to the Club, there are many interesting committees looking for volunteers you can join.
